Natural Ecologico VINUM 200703 RIEDEL Paloma DecanterFrom the grapes from our Pago Bocarrage (1967) we make this natural wine, without the use of sulfites, nor any treatment or additives, using only well ripened Tinta de Toro grapes harvested by hand. After spontaneous fermentation, followed by natural malolactic fermentation in French oak barrels, the wine remained on its lees for six months before bottling with light filtration.
