Located in the Eastern Highlands, our featured distillery has been crafting beautifully peated whiskies for over a century. Our two casks differ in age and barrel but share the similarity of Highland peat. Unlike the seaweed based peat of Islay, Highland peat is comprised of heather and other local flora. The result is a gorgeous expression of smoke and flowers that will delight the
