Cask No. 37.82 Oily & coastal Demerara and treacle tart –Cask No. 37. 82 Curious complexity Speyside, Spey The unreduced nose was curiously complex vanilla ice cream and creamy toffee, but with fresh floral and herbal notes that spoke of summer hedgerows and cooling Murray Mints. With water it seemed more straightforwardly sweet eliciting a long list of confectionery pineapple cubes, sherbet straws, rhubarb rock, etc. The neat palate was an intriguing sweet and tart combination (lemon meringue pie,
