I understand this to relate to the 126th Light Anti Aircraft Regiment of the Royal Artillery, attached the Middlesex Regiment, possibly the 9th Battalion. They saw action in Belgium, Holland and Germany during the war. Complete with Middlesex Regimental cap badge.
