Cask No. 35.411 India Initial aromas noted included scentedThe scent was like a gentle trade wind breeze blowing through coconut palm trees while carrying aromas of the Asian dessert halo halo, a shaved ice treat with jackfruit, coconut, bananas, tapioca and nata de coco. Plenty of vanilla notes on the palate were followed by a deluge of exotic fruits such as mango, lime and pineapple and, in the finish, a pleasant hum of cinnamon and nutmeg. Adding a drop of water, we enjoyed sweet dreams of lightly toasted
