There are plenty of builds that will enjoy using this card, though Im not sure what youre sacrificing to bring back Wurmcoil Engine or Thopter Assembly

But its great also vs BGx strategy, blanking a Liliana downtick activation or a discard spell

Sun Titan and Etali, Primal Storm are the poster children for this sort of effect, but there are a lot of other good choices too

Also remember that if you add to many ramp spells, yes you will have better odds of finding them early, but also come at the worst possible timing in the late game when you need more interactive spells rather than ramp ones
