The fastening bands have seven adjustment holes allowing a great fit from 8" down to 6 1 4" diameter. They are dyed assembled and acrylic sealed and coated with mink oil. Some color variation is normal with leather dye. All edges are burnished with wood for a sealed edge that resists fraying over time and the slots cased to fit the tail of the band.
