9 Doom Prevails Doctor Doom, King Of Latveria This is the other deck that pains me to have this low, but Doom Prevails is just ripe for upgrades and never quite gets over the line to reach its potential straight out of the box

You need exactly 13 cards in hand, and this wizard also gives you the infinite hand size to get there

The typical one-mana 2/1 isn't as big of a threat in Commander as it is in some Constructed formats, but cheap spells like this make it much easier to empty your hand and flood the board with creatures

As someone who really enjoys playing mono-color decks in Commander, its always nice to see powerful spells that are harder for color-heavy decks to splash indiscriminately
