Organic Manfredi Lunghi Pasta casarecce Giada shares a personal lookThere's nothing more elegant than the long, ruffled edges of our organic manfredi lunghi, a fanciful pasta thats sometimes also called mafaldine or reginette. While the shape was a longtime favorite in Campania, some local pasta makers renamed their Manfredi to celebrate the birth of Princess Mafalda of Savoy (reginette means little queens) in 1902. True to pasta making tradition, our manfredi is super sized, measuring some 22 inches in length! Before
