East India Solera, Bodegas Lustau, 500ml Summer Rose Promo Distilled from a combination ofDeep mahogany with a glimmer of green amber at the rim, Lustaus East India Solera is a luxurious nod to the age of sail, rich, exotic, and full of story. The nose is a tapestry of dark caramel, maple syrup, and toasted walnut, layered with raisin, brown sugar, orange peel and a hint of polished wood. On the palate, its luscious and velvety, opening with prune and dried fig, flowing into flavours of burnt orange, molasses and sweet spice. Despite its
