Holster has 2 small D rings at top edge of holster hanger. This is a feature we have not run across. This was a custom feature provided by Lawrence. Possibly for a shoulder harness or Sam Browne style shoulder strap for a law enforcement officer. bottom of holster has a type of rivet only allowing a 2 1 2" barrel. This We are unsure if it was a factory alteration. Holster will fit a Smith &
