We use a high strength binding thread to wrap the selected area before strengthening the wrap with an epoxy which toughens the surface. It is recommended for bats with previous shoulder and or toe damage. Some players also like to apply this to the toe and shoulders on new bats. PLEASE NOTE: You'll notice dents on the edges if the thread is removed
