Based off of the traditional towering Slovak overtone flute, the fujara, this instrument has the same deep, and rich sound when riding the overtones, but as opposed to the chromatic scale, it has a more mid eastern flavor. The notes achieved with the playing holes are G, G#, Bflat and B(1 2 step, whole step, 1 2 step).. I really love the energy of this instrument!
