葡萄來自Rilly-la Montagne一級村，使用橡木桶發酵約10個月。比起Grande Réserve，混合更多的年份基酒，因此口感更加成熟圓潤，酸度也較為含蓄。淺金黃色的酒液，優雅的氣泡表現。香氣上明顯帶有金銀花與紫丁香的香氣、柑橘類與奶油，鮮奶油的印象。隨時間與溫度回升薑與檸檬草的香草氣息浮現。兼具重量感架構與新活力。純淨綿密，帶有礦物感與葡萄柚的尾韻。適合搭配比目魚、鰈魚、生蠔及明蝦等甲殼類海鮮。
