2023 Maison A&S Ysée Riesling (Case of 6) Mathilde Savoye maceration times differ6x750ml Maison A&S was established in 2018 by a young duo of winemakers and longtime friends from Burgundy Pierre Alexandre Soltana and Alexandre Aires, with the idea to set up a high quality micro ngoce activity, from the sourcing of the grapes to the maturation. While searching for a suitable infrastructure, they began their journey by renting a 17th century vaulted cellar in Chagny, where they crafted their first three vintages: 2018, 2019, and
