DiNapoli Fire Roasted Tomatoes 6lb heat diffuser Recommended Applications: Moulding – BarsThese Fire Roasted Diced Tomatoes are prepared from mature vine ripened tomatoes which have been washed, sorted and roasted over an open flame prior to dicing. Tomato juice is infused with natural smoke, then added as a topping medium. Salt, calcium chloride and citric acid are added as flavoring. The rich smoke flavor makes this perfect to enhance any recipe calling for canned tomatoes.
