In 2023 we chose four barrels of our whisky, 100% fermented, double distilled and barrel aged in Lunenburg. Each three years aged in a mix of single use bourbon barrels and fresh Hungarian oak. We blended them together, placed them in four Bourbon barrels, then in May 2023, we lowered all four casks into the hold of Barque Picton Castle. A week later they
