My experience with this card is that it can be pretty cool in Limited, but this is an example of an interesting design space that simply does not translate well to a multiplayer environment such as cEDH

Weve seen how valuable being able to destroy an artifact or enchantment in the maindeck is with Vraska, Relic Seeker and Vivien Reid can do the same for one less mana

Ive seen this blue enchantment in play a couple times, and it doesnt have that oops, games over feel that Omniscience does, while still being exceptionally powerful
