It requires your opponent to have more cards than you to be a cantrip, but its solid value if you can hit all three modes

While the blue-black decks would occasionally need to turn to Dream Twist to mill themselvesthis was particularly common in decks that were loaded up with Stitched Drakes so they could, you know, actually cast their 3/4 fliers on turn threeunder most circumstances, a couple of Armored Skaabs, a Deranged Assistant, and a Forbidden Alchemy would be a more than sufficient amount of self-mill for their decks to work
That being said, they are one of the more expensive places you can shop Pokmon cards, but you always know that the packs and sets you are buying are 100% authentic since they are coming straight from the source
