We havent seen Three Dreams in a while, Congretation at Dawn is noticeably absent as well
In summary here, this is certainly a more complicated deck to run than the Ruby and Amethyst deck, but it is - in my opinion - way more powerful
A common line of play will be to resolve All Hallows Eve, and then to activate Bazaar of Bagdad three times before the All Hallows Eve effect takes place (tapping Bazaar once on the turn Eve is cast, once on the next turn, and finally again on the next upkeep before the last scream counter is removed)
Considering that we get new Commander precons with most Standard set releases, decks for Universes Beyond products like Warhammer 40,000 , Doctor Who , and Fallout , and even Commander-focused sets like Commander Legends , Commander Anthology , and Commander Masters , I dont think its a stretch to say that in the grand scheme of all things Magic, Commander is a pretty big deal
