Gyuto 215mm Workhorse Shop made san-maï with C130This Gyuto feature a flat heel, good distal taper, and thin tip. The blade is made using my shop made Suminagashi cladding. It's composed of several layers of hard steel (shiny layers) and Soft iron (hazy layers). The san ma is made with C130 core steel and Suminagashi cladding.
