Tesuji Shibori Stand paper Pattern: Undulating LineTesuji Shibori requires playing with tension and pleats on ones cloth while wrapping it with thread to bind it. To accommodate this need, master Arimatsu Shibori artisans devised a tool, the Tesuji Shibori Stand. A traditional stand is constructed of bamboo and wood, two readily available materials in Japan. In our Tesuji Shibori Hybrid Workshop, our very own Arimatsu Shibori Artisan and teacher, Murase san, demonstrates how this stand is utilized
