I learnt a lot about the settings of the light metering in order to retain all the colour  shades and not over exposed

The sun on the side of our trailer  depicted an image of an Australian outback scene

Therefore only a few relevant and coloured details were required to enhance the horse and setting

As the character unfolded  with the addition of my slap stick line work

While walking through the burnt bush admiring its beauty in its own way

Cottage Garden. Australian original art print. bright colours I learnt a lot aboutSurrounding the lake side cabin, is a view created by the bark on an Angophora tree. The introduction of the yacht provides the depth in the scene. The verandah, some stepping stones, the pond, flowers and the black cat create the cottage atmosphere. The fence is actually part of the texture of the tree, but was slightly lengthened. NOTE: A copy of the original photo is included and is attached to the back of the artmount.
