This gives you an opening to use Baba Lysaga to sacrifice that saga along with a few other permanents to refill your hand and lifedrain your opponents, and you still get the sagas chapter ability when it resolves

Crow can throw a wrench into their plans, especially since it hits both Monster and Spell and Trap cards

The whole point is to turn their own cards against them and mess up their strategy, so getting to look at (and memorize) the opponent's hand, discard something from it, and then using another quick effect card to re-equip the Relinquished/Eyes Restrict with something else is effective

Excellent design on this blue commander, both flavorfully and mechanically
