The restoration appears to have been done quite a while ago by a very competent practitioner. The rods does show slight evidence of use post restoration. The reel seat bears the Payne trademark stamp. The Model 102H is a scarce model with a great dry fly action. Handsome agate stripping guide. The grip is 5 7 8" in length and slightly ridged.
