Sculpted entirely by hand, this piece is one of a kind. The artist first shaped the design in wax before casting it in luminous 14k rose gold, then traditionally setting each natural sapphire by hand in Nashville, Tennessee. This ring is currently a size 6. 25, but we can resize it for you prior to shipping. We can resize this ring in house
