邊緣呈現明亮的淺稻草色。香氣奔放，充滿成熟的水梨、熱帶水果、甜香草，並略帶有荔枝的甜美香氣。飽滿的口感，令人聯想到蘋果跟水梨，並帶有涼爽天氣下特有的清涼草本與礦石風味，酸度明亮俐落。

地塊「les Barreaux」位在知名一級園Cros Parantoux上方，土壤由淺薄且富含鈣質的砂質土壤組成。

葡萄品種：

釀造：釀造上Étienne偏好混合使用不銹鋼槽與小橡木桶，各個劃區分開釀造，並且堅持只透過原生酵母完成發酵。除了對於風土的高度重視，也非常嚴格限制硫化物的使用，只會在採收時進行微量的添加，因此在傳遞Avize高貴的個性時，也兼具了酒體的份量感與口感的飽滿度。
