古材の上に瓶だけどんと置いても、絵になります。

唐津の窯道具です。菓子器、お店での盛り付けや、急須台など使いやすい大きさの窯皿です。

輪環の把手装飾、クルクルと回る摘み、薄造りで、鮮やかな色絵が入っています。

短い頸部に、一段の凸状帯が配され、張り出した肩から縦長の体部がついた、＜うずくまる＞を連想させる極めて珍しい器形です。白っぽい良質な胎土の上に、灰釉がかかり、自然釉と灰被りのコントラストが景色となっています。
