Mibale means "two" in the Bantu language of the artists who originally carved these delicate, decorative combs. Pure silk fibers are spun by hand into yarn, then dyed by hand using natural dyes. The indigo dyed yarns are handwoven into beautiful blue silk pillows. Finally, the decorative design is intricately hand embroidered on the front and back
