The rod is in excellent condition. The rod consists of a two piece rod section with the third piece being the detachable grip. Sanded, mahogany colored fiberglass blank with matching wraps and two bands of fine gold tipping. There is a wrap at the 20" mark measured from the butt end of the grip. The black script remains clean and bold.
