Ikal Stool Mid-Century Modern rooted in nature but abstractedCrafted from ebonized walnut and black cowhide, the Ikal Stool explores movement as a shared visual language across cultures and time. Its looping legs draw from both European meander patterns and the geometric fretwork of Mesoamerican architecture, where continuous lines and spiraling forms symbolized rhythm, breath, serpentine motion, and the flow between worlds.
