It's a decent mid-powered deck that can win games and is basically fair
If an effect allows you to put a card with particular characteristics onto the battlefield without instructing you to play or cast it, you consider only the characteristics of a modal double-faced card's front face to see if that card qualifies
Its a slower and grindier style for poison than were used to, and it should hopefully make poison a viable archetype in Commander without making it a target for so much animosity
