How do we know these foil effects aren't just the foil choices for SV promo cards

I have attached pictures of the two and you can clearly see the real pack tears whereas the dodgy one opens up along the resealed edges leaving the complete pack intact. I've been looking for a company that has a good stock of magic: The Gathering cards as well as Warhammer products and hobby tools so i can buy all my hobby essentials in one place to save on postage and i've been really happy with the service i've received from this company, whenever i have a question the customer service seem happy and helpful and i would recommend them.
