The head is made of hard plastic also painted gold. The decanter was filled with a mans after shave called Everest After Shave. It is still full. The bottom of the decanter is stamped 1979. The original label on the bottom reads: Avon President Lincoln Everest After Shave Caution: Flammable until dry. Keep out of reach of children. 6 FL.
