so with the simple addition of the detail of the dancer and adding the tulips set the scene to created "Tip toeing through the tulips" with umbrella open

and the finished photo looks as if there were "lights on a flooded creek" seen in the distortion of the artwork underneath

so I pinned the tail on the donkey and brightened up his tongue

By rotating the photo of the tree to a form a landscape, the partially snow covered mountain scene became obvious, allowing me to imagine this remote town as a Parachute Dropping Inn point.
