While some abilities can be used to make different plays during your turn, others create barriers that your opponent will need to work around if they intend to beat you in a game
Though it also has a basic, one Psychic Energy attack which deals 50 HP of damage, its the evolution ability which makes Lillies Ribombee so appealing in-game, but its value to Pokmon fans is much more likely to be its beautiful art

There are a couple of decent questers with high Willpower and high lore value in this deck, like Robin Hood, Daydreamer and Starkey, Devious Pirate, but more often than not you'll get more value out of steadily questing with an unanswered Don Karnage than you will with an intimidating late game bomb
The short version: its a Japanese High Class Pack built around shiny Pokmon, and that combination is exactly why collectors pay so much attention to it
