Simply remove the label, place in a preheated oven and roast for 2hr 20mins at 180c, remove from the oven and let it rest for 20mins before opening the bag. Cooking in the bag keeps the bird, moist succulent and extremely tender. Serves 4 adults. Approx weight 2. 2kg
