high neck long dress Umaira | Khaki High-Neck Maxi this gown features a high neckline and long sleeves Stratus Lace High Neck Maxi

When its hot and you cant wear many layers, I like to step it up with my hats, purse, jewelry, and shoes

The long, soft tulle lace straps can be tied as off-the-shoulder swag sleeves, a trendy halter with a bow, or removed for a strapless design

A variety of hairstyles can work here depending on the dress, but letting your hair down to flow around the neckline is a perfect way to spice things up

Plus, if you make a real effort, your hosts are much less likely to hold it against you than if you show up underdressed

(The waist on the dress is actually much smaller than the display mannequin, hence the gap on the over skirt band)
