Amarone Della Valpolicella DOCG 2019 Sold Out Romeo and JulietThis rich, refined and elegant red wine from the Bastia Valley in Veneto between Val dAlpone and Val dIllasi comes from grapes that are hand picked during the last two weeks of September and laid out to dry in small boxes in fruttaio, dark, cool spaces. This concentrates the substance of the grapes and contributes to the pleasant concentrated taste of the wine. The wine is aged in oak for 18 24 months. Ideally paired with slow cooked lamb, beef short
