Cask No. 5.90 Irish Whiskey Diluted we stayed in BelgiumCask No. 5. 90 Luscious greenery Lowland Aromas arrived wrapped in creamy butter and sticky fudge, like croissants drizzled with sugar syrup and filled with oily marzipan. Meanwhile green notes drifted over fresh tarragon, thyme and basil as green leaves fell from lemon trees. On the palate a juicy start of strawberry sherbet combined with ginger spice before hard toffee stood aside for lime marmalade, fresh herbs and eventually green bell pepper.
