Piccoli Zefiro Valpolicella 750ml (DNO P4) areninoir Named after New Amsterdam wasA blend of 40% Corvina, 25% Corvinone, 30% Rondinella, and 5% Molinara grown on calcareous and volcanic soils, this wine has a ruby red color with slight purple hues. Light cranberry hue with high transparency and a medium viscosity. Nose of strawberry and pomegranate, with a note of juniper. Attack is acidic, mostly dry and light bodied. Not tannic at all. Tastes like strawberry and gooseberry. Finishes short and crisp.
