The hearts were originally part of an antique pin (circa 1890) that our jeweler transformed into earrings by adding diamond surmounts and 14k yellow gold posts

The inside of the band is inscribed with 'Eliz'th Morley Obt. 4th May 1837' and there is a small locket of hair on the underside of the mounting. The ring is currently a size 7. 75 and it is in great condition. It can be re sized free of charge; however, there would be some loss to the British hallmarks on the interior of the band.
