Thankfully, even if we ignore the Bird support elements of Traveling Chocobo, this card is still fantastic

While I dont personally think that deck archetypes existence is a priority because there are very few angels outside of Mardu colors, I am a big fan of this card

Essentially he is either there to pump all of your blue dorks giving you all round better tempo or he is there to generate mana for artifacts along with any other blue dorks you might have
