If youre worried about it being windy, a maxi dress or more fitted style is a good option

I had to go to Sunday School with white gloves, hat and a handbag, just like a miniature mum, in a dress made by her and exactly the same as hers

With some much-needed creative input from my mom, who helped me stitch together the pillowy shoulder piece with two yards of black fabric and a spool of polyester batting the stuff used to make quilts soft it took about three hours to get the structure just right

The sheer floral lace fabric includes a full-length lining
