Description

WAIST: 23"

Beautifully made and designed in Hawaii, this cotton dress has a flattering empire waist, easy to reach back zipper and a knee length

One side of the collar is sewn to the bodice. The seam allowance of the bodice and collar will be in the collar

I wish I could give this a 5 star but the instructions were very unclear and only made up more confusion (I have built a lot of Ikea items this instruction booklet was not great)
