The Barbour Collection of Connecticut Town Vital Records Vol 33 (Genealogy): Orange, Oxford, Plainfield by Carole Magnuson SchoonmakerOrange (1822 1850), Oxford (1798 1850), and Plainfield (1699 1852) Covering 137 Connecticut towns and comprising 14,333 typed pages, the Barbour Collection of Connecticut birth, marriage, and death records to about 1850 was the life work of Lucius Barnes Barbour, Connecticut Examiner of Public Records from 1911 to 1934. This present series, under the general editorship of Lorraine Cook White, is a town by town transcription of Barbour's celebrated
